NFP is hiring a Coordinator.
As a Benefits Coordinator you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Employee Benefits industry. You will work closely with account management to support the client renewal process by producing client facing materials and maintaining client records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare client facing insurance proposals
• Create open enrollment materials including presentations and benefit guides
• Set up open enrollments in client HRIS
• Maintain client records in Salesforce
- Assist Account Managers with compliance documents, including but not limited to the gathering of form 5500 information
• Demonstrate strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Possess a strong teamwork orientation, promoting open communication and high morale
• Take on additional duties and special projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
• Tech-savvy with exceptional skills in MS office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to be organized, detail oriented, thorough and accurate
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and decision making skills
• Diligent follow up skills
Education and/or Experience:
• High school or equivalent
- More than 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
• License is not required at this level

The base salary range for this position is $41,000 – $69,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives
