What You’ll Do
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
- Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution for streamlined efficiency
- Creates ongoing partnership between CRG and broader company’s operations
- Provides support to CRG Leadership on renewal and migration forecasting
- Works with CRG leadership to create & maintain department policies, process and procedures documentation
- Spearheads new methods for data refinement
- Creates and maintains renewal and migration reporting and dashboards
- Helps weave migration strategy in operations
- Oversees EOL campaigns and communication
- Administers and tracks CRG SPIF’s
- Evaluates and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and efficiency
- Support the development and rollout of systems and digital tools to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency and provide increased customer insights through data and automation
- Collaborates with FP&A, Deal Desk, Salesforce team members and others to implement and refine needs associated with the CRG team
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Gainsight
- Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
- Ability to interpret data, not just present it
- Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
