The Growth Team Intern will undertake various research projects and analyses to support Aledade’s growth efforts. This position is designed for students currently enrolled or completing their Masters program.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-impact research, compiling information, and analyzing results for the Growth Executive Leadership Team.
- Gaining knowledge and insight into existing and new areas of growth opportunities.
- Participating in meetings with the Executive Leadership Team, capturing key insights, action items, and follow-ups.
- Developing high-impact project management and communication/collaboration tools to support organization and collaboration across the company.
- Attending meetings with a cohort of other interns to hear from leaders across the organization, participate in professional development programming, and connect with fellow interns.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Health Administration, or related programs.
- Passionate about healthcare and dedicated to making a positive impact in the field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and create an inclusive environment with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Capability to drive an independent workstream within the context of broader team projects.
- Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
- Proficiency in problem-solving through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
