Position Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is accountable for understanding the target audiences and developing, implementing, and executing results-based marketing plans, and campaigns supporting RQI Partners’ products. This position supports the delivery of marketing initiatives and programs aligned to achieve the targeted growth of RQI Partners’ RQI, HeartCode and NRP family of products.
The Product Marketing Manager maintains and grows relationships with key internal and external colleagues, including program management, customer support, and members of the field organization. The Marketing Manager will have a keen understanding of target audiences, positioning, and feature sets for the products.
This position’s broad responsibility to assist in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy roadmap for the partnership portfolios, which will create increased sales and retention and customer satisfaction, ultimately maximizing the impact of the organization’s mission by helping to save more lives.
Accountabilities
- Team Collaboration: Cross departmental collaboration on creating product messaging to deepen engagement, ultimately resulting in advancing customers along their journey.
- Strategic Planning: Manage partnership portfolio marketing strategies, ensuring strategic intent and ROI.
- Market and Customer Insights: Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing and event industry best practices to build successful strategies, ensuring customers at all lifecycles are supported.
- Sales Enablement: Develop marketing collateral, content, and sales enablement resources to ensure sales team can promote products to customers.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute, promote, and share marketing strategies.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about events, marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Represent the company at virtual and in-person events; ability to learn and communicate the value of the RQI portfolio exceptionally.
- Marketing Impact: Ongoing measurement and reporting on the performance and overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Continual testing, measuring, scaling, and evolving marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing, preferably with an emphasis on product marketing
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Demonstrable results-based experience developing marketing plans, campaigns, and events strategy and execution
- Healthcare field and hospital marketing experience
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work across time zones
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
