In this role, you will work closely with our Program Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our online courses and membership program. You will be responsible for managing various tasks related to content delivery, email communication, and basic video editing.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in ensuring the successful launch and operation of online courses and membership programs.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of course content, ensuring that all components are activated and functioning correctly.
- Send out regular email communications to students, providing updates, reminders, and support as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all links, resources, and multimedia elements are accurate and accessible.
- Perform basic video editing tasks to prepare course content and podcast episodes for release.
- Maintain a detailed checklist to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to our content delivery processes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic video editing skills, with the ability to perform simple edits and enhancements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and content management systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant coursework is preferred but not required.
