Overview
LMI seeks a skilled Sr. Project Scheduler to support activities related to shipyard modernization as part of enterprise-wide U.S. Navy strategic modernization and improvement efforts. LMI is helping NAVSUP, NAVSEA, and the shipyards use technology to track materiel through the shipyards to address long-standing problems.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Implement the project schedule, including sequencing of activities and dependencies.
- Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
- Identify and analyze the critical path.
- Perform schedule analysis of progress against the baseline plan.
- Perform “what if” scenarios within the schedules.
Qualifications
MINIMUM:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or information management and over 10 years of experience in scheduling.
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
