Your Key Responsibilities as a Training Manager:
- Lead the development and execution of robust training strategies, curricula and materials tailored to the unique needs of our call center environment
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training priorities, objectives, and learning outcomes
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, designing and delivering engaging orientation sessions to introduce them to company policies, procedures, systems, and culture
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure seamless integration into their roles
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through performance assessments, quality evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and facilitate targeted training sessions focused on enhancing communication skills, customer service techniques, product knowledge, and technical competencies.
- Partner with operations and product teams to develop and deliver comprehensive training on products, services, and operational processes
- Ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and innovative training tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS), e-learning modules, simulations, and other digital platforms to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional growth and development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and objectives, and tracking progress towards attainment
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Analyze training outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine training strategies and content accordingly
- Inspire and motivate a team of training specialists and facilitators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and excellence

Requirements
Must Haves Qualities & Talents:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in training and development roles
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve common goals
