About the role:
As a Business Development Representative/Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success on this high-profile client. You will be responsible in managing client follow-up cadences, devising innovative strategies, and optimizing processes to meet sales targets.
We're seeking proactive individuals with strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Experience in medical tools, especially surgical, is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Nurturing:
- Client Follow-up Cadences: Maintain regular and structured follow-up cadences with clients, ensuring timely and meaningful communication to progress them through the internal funnel.
- Client/Lead Nurturing Activities: Implement strategies to nurture clients and stay top of mind, utilizing various communication channels and personalized approaches to build and strengthen relationships.
New Ideas and Strategies Creation:
- Innovative Approaches: Continuously brainstorm and develop new ideas and strategies to engage clients, differentiate our offerings, and drive sales growth.
- Creative Solutions: Propose and implement innovative solutions to address challenges in lead and client management, nurturing, and conversion, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Continuous Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in lead and client management and other client processes - collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
