Job Overview
We are in search of an experienced Real Estate Director of Operations for a full-time role, demanding a background in real estate operations with at least three years of experience. This crucial position underpins our team's success, emphasizing agent integration, the development and oversight of efficient operational systems via project management tools like Trello or Asana, and the enhancement of leadership reporting mechanisms. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting, showcasing capabilities in organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a forward-thinking approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the onboarding and offboarding of real estate agents, streamlining their integration and departure.
- Develop and implement robust systems and processes for agent onboarding using PM tools like Trello or Asana, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Generate and present detailed reports on pendings, production, and other critical metrics to the leadership team, supporting strategic decisions.
- Utilize Excel and similar tools for meticulous tracking and management of operational data.
- Maintain accountability within the leadership team, aiding in agenda planning and organizational tasks.
- Navigate a fast-paced work environment with multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high standards of efficiency and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and initiative, driving the team towards operational excellence.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate operations, with a preference for individuals who have managed large teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello or Asana, and a strong command of Excel for tracking and spreadsheet management.
- Experience with real estate software such as DotLoop, with additional knowledge of Rezen (Real Dashboard) considered a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, prioritizing detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on accountability and strategic planning support.
- The capacity for critical thinking and proactive project management, contributing to the success and growth of the team.
