What I'm looking for

I am looking for a job that allows me to apply my strong analytical skills and knowledge of economics and finance. I am particularly interested in roles that involve data analysis, financial modelling, and research. I am eager to contribute to a company's success by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on thorough economic and financial data analysis.

I am an experienced economist with a strong background in applied economics, banking, and financial markets. I hold a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics with a focus on Banking & Financial Markets from the University of Bath. My coursework and dissertation have provided me with a solid foundation in research methods, financial economics, and econometrics.

During my studies, I conducted in-depth research on jumps in the S&P500 during the COVID-19 pandemic using the Barndoff Neilsen Shephard test statistic. This project allowed me to apply quantitative analysis techniques and interpret financial metrics to gain insights into market behavior.

Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai. My coursework and dissertation focused on research methodologies, the Indian financial system, and international trade and development.
